Owned by Rust Communications, The Greene County Daily World, formerly the Linton Daily Citizen and Bloomfield Evening World, is over 100 years old. This newspaper is the sole survival of a group of early weeklies and the Daily Call. It remains the largest daily newspaper in Greene County. The Greene County Daily World publishes on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday.
